Help the Calaboose Museum spread joy this holiday season by donating toys for local children!
PROGRAM DETAILS
Our Toy Drive will begin on November 14th by collecting toys around San Marcos and will culminate in a Holiday Celebration on December 19th.
This program will provide presents and holiday cheer to families who may need some help this year. In addition to gifting toys, the December 19th celebration will invite selected children (ages 1-12) and their families to the Cephas House, where they can visit Santa and enjoy activities such as building their own snowman and decorating cookies.
OUR REQUEST: A DONATION BOX
Local business support is essential to this program's success! Please let us know if your business would be willing to accept a toy donation box starting November 15. The box will come decorated for the holiday and will outline any requirements. We will also feature your business logo on our Toy Drive webpage.

Monetary donations for toys and to support the Holiday Celebration can be made via this donation link on the Calaboose Website.
TIMELINE
November 14
Calaboose Museum staff will drop off decorated donation boxes at participating locations.
November 15 - December 15
The San Marcos community is invited to donate toys at drop-off locations. Toy specifications will be available on each box.
December 16
Calaboose Museum staff will pick up donation boxes from locations. Please call 512-393-8421 if boxes need to be emptied prior.
December 19
Selected local families will be invited to a holiday celebration at the Calaboose’s Cephas House.
